FAQ
Will it charge my laptop?
Yes — any laptop that charges over USB-C Power Delivery, up to 100 W. That covers MacBook Air, MacBook Pro 14", Dell XPS, Lenovo and most Windows ultrabooks. Laptops that need more than 100 W (e.g. MacBook Pro 16") will still charge, just more slowly.
Is a cable included?
No, the charger comes on its own. For the full 100 W you need a 100 W (5 A) USB-C cable — take the Charger + Cable package or the Work Setup and you are covered.
What is AVS PD 3.2?
AVS (Adjustable Voltage Supply) is the newest USB Power Delivery feature. Instead of jumping between fixed voltages, the charger adjusts voltage continuously to what your device asks for — faster charging with less heat. It also supports PPS for Samsung Super Fast Charging.
Is it safe for my phone?
Yes. The charger negotiates with every device and only delivers what it asks for — an iPhone gets up to its own maximum, not 100 W. It has built-in overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating and short-circuit protection.
Does it get hot?
GaN runs much cooler than old silicon chargers. If it ever gets very hot (for example under a blanket), it automatically throttles to 70 W until it cools down — a safety feature, not a fault.
What does the 5-in-1 hub in the Work Setup do?
One USB-C cable from your laptop gives you HDMI 4K for an external monitor, Ethernet, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports, plus 100 W passthrough — plug Atlas into the hub and your laptop charges while everything else is connected.
What warranty do I get?
