Feniks Info d.o.o. is committed to protecting customers' personal data by collecting only the minimum necessary information required to fulfil a contract. Customers are regularly given the choice of how their data is used, including the option to have their name removed from marketing lists. All employees and business partners of Feniks Info d.o.o. are responsible for upholding privacy protection principles.

Reservations

Payment data (such as card numbers) is specially protected and accessible only to banks and card companies for payment authorisation — it is not accessible to Feniks Info d.o.o.

Feniks Info d.o.o. is the controller of your personal data. This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected and processed by us, directly or through partners.
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Data processing is any operation performed on personal data, such as collection, storage, use, access, or transfer. This Policy does not apply to anonymous data.
Data We Collect
- Personal data: name, surname, address, contact number, email address, date of birth, ID card number, personal identification number (OIB)
- Sales and service information: purchase details including customer identity, contract number, warranty, complaints, delivery, support, and service information
Purpose of Collection
- Sales and service: to process purchases, configure and service products, fulfil warranty obligations, and respond to product-related enquiries. Providing personal data for contract fulfilment is a contractual obligation; failure to provide it may impair or prevent proper execution of the contract.
- Customer support and marketing: to respond to enquiries and complaints, and to assess and communicate relevant offers based on your interests.
Transfer to Third Parties
Personal data may be transferred to third parties only where a legal basis exists. Recipients may include:
- Distribution service providers — for order delivery. Couriers may request ID upon delivery to verify the recipient. If the customer is unwilling to provide this, delivery may not be completed.
- Authorised service providers — for warranty claims or product repairs.
- Prize contest sponsors — for the purpose of prize delivery. Users who do not wish their data shared for this purpose are advised not to participate in such activities.
- Government authorities — upon request, for legal or enforcement purposes.

- Tomsoft d.o.o. — provider of the Luceed business software used by Feniks Info d.o.o.
Data Retention
Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the legitimate purpose, or for the duration of the contractual relationship at minimum. Marketing data is retained until consent is withdrawn. Data related to rejected offers is retained for one year and deleted immediately upon request. Data no longer needed is either permanently anonymised or securely destroyed.
Access and Modification
Users may access, revise, modify, or delete their stored data on the website at any time. Changes take effect in the business software within 24 hours. Responses will only be provided from the email address registered in our system, accompanied by full name and phone number, to protect your data from unauthorised access.
Right to Erasure
Users may request deletion of their personal data at any time by emailing gdpr@feniks-info.hr. Data will be deleted without delay unless a legal obligation, legitimate interest, or basis for exercising legal rights requires its retention. The same identification requirements apply as above.
Right to Object
If you believe there are grounds for a complaint regarding the handling of your personal data, contact us at gdpr@feniks-info.hr. You may also file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency.

Collected data is protected electronically via an SSL certificate that encrypts communication between the user's device and Feniks Info d.o.o.
