Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully before using the website for the purpose of purchasing products or obtaining product information.
By using the website for shopping or information gathering, you confirm that you are familiar with and agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
General Provisions
All information on the website is provided for informational purposes and in good faith. Accurate information can be found on the manufacturer's pages.
The Seller establishes through these General Terms the relationship between Visitors, Buyers, and the Seller regarding ordering, pricing, payment, delivery, quality, complaints, returns, personal data protection, and other matters related to use of the website and online shopping.
1.1 Definitions
- Seller: the company registered in the Commercial Court in Zagreb

- Buyer: a person who registers personal data and orders at least one product via the website
- Website Visitor: a person who accesses the website without registering and browses the product offer
- Users: Buyers and Visitors collectively
- User Data: email address and password enabling access to protected areas of the website
- Online Purchase: completing a purchase via https://addacollins.com/
- Retail Price: the price displayed next to each product, inclusive of VAT
- Accepted Offer: an offer for which payment has been made
- Products: all products listed on the website available for online purchase
- Content: all information on the website, emails sent to users, and information about the Seller's or third-party products and services
- Service: e-commerce service on publicly available parts of the website
- Transaction: payment or refund following a sale, by bank transfer or cash on delivery
1.2 Access to the Website
By accessing the website, each User agrees to comply with these General Terms.
1.3 Sales Contract
The sales contract is concluded at the moment payment is confirmed, or when the Seller receives the Buyer's order.
1.4 Online Shopping in Croatia
Products may only be purchased and delivered within the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
1.5 Acceptance of General Terms
These Terms are drafted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Commerce Act, and the Obligations Act. Using the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
LIMITATIONS OF USE AND LIABILITY
2.1 User Obligations
Users agree not to use the website in any manner contrary to applicable law, and not to upload, modify, delete, or distribute any unlawful content.
2.2 Documents, Data, and Information
Content on the website may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the Seller's explicit consent. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license for personal browsing only. Users may not download, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit the content beyond personal home use.
Users may post reviews and comments only in places permitted by the Seller, provided the content is not unlawful, obscene, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise harmful. The Seller reserves the right to review and remove non-compliant content.
By posting any content, users grant the Seller a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content worldwide across all media.
Product photos are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly reflect the actual product. Color differences due to monitor settings do not constitute a product defect and are not grounds for return.
All website content — logos, images, text, multimedia — is the exclusive property of the Seller and protected by domestic and international intellectual property law.
2.3 Disclaimer of Liability
The Seller disclaims liability for any damage arising from use of the website, damage to devices caused by third-party unlawful acts or viruses, and for the accuracy of third-party advertising content.
2.4 Amendments to General Terms
The Seller may amend these Terms without prior notice. Users are obligated to review the current Terms on each visit.
2.5 Usage Costs
The Seller is not responsible for telephone, internet, or other costs incurred by Users to access the website.
2.6 Age Requirement
Only adults with full legal capacity may make purchases. Contracts on behalf of minors must be concluded by their legal representatives.
2.7 Accuracy of Personal Data
Users must provide accurate, valid, and complete personal data. The Seller may deny access to Users who provide false information.
2.8 Reporting Infringements
If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, please notify the Seller.
ONLINE SHOPPING
3.1 Registration
Registration occurs automatically when placing an order. By registering, the user confirms acceptance of these Terms, accuracy of personal data, and consent to data processing for customer management and service improvement purposes.
3.2 User Information
The Seller commits to providing clear, understandable product information on the website. By accepting these Terms, the Buyer confirms receipt of all required pre-contractual information.
3.3 Pre-contractual Notice
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the Seller will clearly inform the Buyer of: main product characteristics; seller's name and contact details; retail price; payment and delivery conditions; the right of withdrawal and its procedure; warranty information; and other legally required disclosures. All required notices are contained within these General Terms.
3.4 Seller's Exclusion of Liability
The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays or issues arising from incorrect or inaccurate Buyer information.
Shopping Cart
After adding products, the User selects the "cart" option to review, modify, or finalize their order.
3.6 Inability to Deliver
If the Seller cannot deliver an ordered product, the Buyer will be contacted by phone or email and offered the option to cancel or request a substitute. All other ordered items will be delivered as normal.
PRODUCT PRICES
4.1 Prices
All prices are retail prices inclusive of VAT, expressed in the applicable currency. Delivery costs are not included in product prices. Prices and promotional offers apply only at the time of order and may change without notice.
4.2 Price Changes
The Seller may change prices without prior notice.
4.3 Sales and Promotions
The Seller may run sales or promotions on individual products, groups, or all products at any time.
4.4 Quantities Under Promotional Terms
Promotional prices apply at the time of order only. Quantities may be limited to amounts sufficient for personal household use.
PAYMENT METHODS
5.1 Payment Options
- Bank transfer
- Cash on delivery (30% payable at time of order, remainder upon receipt)
5.1.1 Cash on Delivery
The Buyer pays 30% upon ordering and the remainder to the courier upon delivery. Payment to the courier must be in cash. If the Buyer cannot receive the shipment, the courier will leave a delivery notice.
5.2 Payment Completion
Payment is considered completed when received by the courier service or credited to the Seller's bank account.
5.3 Invoice
The invoice will be sent by post to the Buyer's address.
COMPLAINTS AND OBJECTIONS
6.1 Product Quality
The Seller guarantees the quality as warranted by the manufacturer.
6.2 Customer Complaints
Complaints may be submitted by post to: Ante Topića-Mimare 37, 10090 Zagreb, or by email to info@addacollins.com. The Seller will respond within 15 days of receiving the complaint.
6.3 Warranty and Service Terms
Warranty terms are specified in the warranty card. The Buyer must retain the receipt and warranty card for the duration of the warranty period. Defects resulting from improper use are not covered by the warranty.
6.4 Liability for Material Defects
The Seller is liable for material defects in accordance with the Obligations Act (Articles 400–422). The Seller is liable for defects existing at the time of risk transfer, and is not liable for insignificant defects. Material defects include: the product lacking properties for regular or specific use, not matching agreed specifications, not matching the sample shown, or having improper assembly.
DELIVERY
7.1 Delivery Area
Delivery is available exclusively within the Republic of Croatia.
7.2 Delivery Execution
Delivery is performed by a courier service to the threshold of the home or business address.
7.3 Delivery to Buyer
The recipient confirms receipt by signing the delivery note. Signing constitutes confirmation that the shipment was received undamaged. Ordered products are delivered to the building entrance; couriers are not obligated to carry goods to upper floors.
7.4 Delivery Prices
Delivery is charged per the Seller's current price list.
7.5 Inspection Upon Receipt
Upon receiving a delivery, the Buyer must: check for visible external damage and immediately report it to the courier; open the package in the courier's presence and verify contents against the delivery note. If a hidden defect is discovered upon opening, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract, request a replacement, repair, or price reduction.
7.6 Wrong Product Delivered
If the wrong product is delivered, the Buyer is entitled to receive the correct product, or a full refund including delivery costs and return shipping, upon returning the incorrectly delivered item.
7.7 Receipt of Shipment
Along with the product, the Buyer receives all accompanying documents (warranty card, instructions, declaration of conformity, etc.), invoice, and a receipt confirmation to sign. Signing confirms the product was inspected and received without visible defects.
7.8 Refusal to Accept Delivery
If the Buyer refuses to accept the product without valid reason, the Seller reserves the right to charge handling, transport, and other costs.
CONTRACT WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
8.1 Withdrawal from Contract
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, by sending an unambiguous written statement to the Seller by post, fax, or email. In the event of withdrawal, the Buyer must return the goods at their own expense. The Seller must issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, but may wait until the goods are returned. The product must be unused.
8.2 Loss of Right to Withdraw
The right of withdrawal does not apply when: the price depends on financial market fluctuations outside the Seller's control; the service has been fully performed with the Buyer's prior consent; or the product was custom-made to the Buyer's specifications.
8.3 Right of Return
Within 8 calendar days of delivery, the Buyer may return a product if: a wrong product was delivered; or the delivered product is damaged, defective, or has faults.
8.4 Return Process
The Buyer must return the product complete, unused, in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation, at their own expense. If the product is returned damaged, incomplete, or without documentation, the Seller is not obligated to issue a refund or replacement.
8.5 Validity of Return
If the return request is valid, the Seller will refund the amount to the Buyer's specified account or send a replacement within a reasonable time. If the complaint is found unjustified or caused by improper use, no refund or replacement will be issued and the product will be returned to the Buyer at their expense.
OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
9.1 Inability to Deliver – Out of Stock
In cases of high demand, some products may be unavailable. The Buyer will be notified by email or phone before delivery, and the Seller bears no liability in such cases.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
10.1 Privacy
The Seller commits to protecting the personal data of all registered Users in accordance with applicable data protection law. Registration requires voluntary submission of personal data. By consenting, the User permits the Seller to collect, use, process, and transfer personal data for website and service purposes.
10.2 Cookies
A cookie is information saved on your device when visiting a website, used to remember your preferences and improve your browsing experience. Cookies may store settings or, with your permission, personal information such as name or email. You can manage cookie settings through your browser.

All disputes arising from these General Terms shall be resolved before the competent court in Zagreb.
