Payment and Delivery
NOTE: Web store services may only be used by adults residing in the European Union.
Purchase Terms These terms of sale govern the process of ordering, payment, delivery, returns, and complaints for goods available on our website.
- The supplier (seller) is Feniks Info d.o.o.
- The buyer (consumer) is a visitor to the Webshop who selects at least one product, adds it to the cart, pays by card or bank transfer, and submits the order to the seller.
- All listed prices are retail prices including VAT.
- Currency is Euro (€).
Payment Methods Payment is possible exclusively through secure online transactions:
- Card payment via Stripe – all major debit and credit cards are supported (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, etc.).
- Browser-based payment – Google Pay and Apple Pay are supported on compatible devices.
All payment methods are processed through secure, encrypted channels, in compliance with the PSD2 directive and GDPR regulation.
Delivery We deliver via GLS / DPD courier services. All products will be packaged to prevent any damage during transport. We deliver throughout Croatia.
Shipping cost: €3.99 for all orders in Croatia; free shipping on orders over €50.
Stripe Statement Adda Collins Webshop uses Stripe for online payments. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of security certification in the industry — and uses SSL certificates with advanced encryption (TLS 1.2 and above). Card data is entered directly into Stripe's secure system and is never stored on the merchant's servers.
Delivery Timeframe Delivery within 1–3 days (depending on location), provided orders are placed by 12:00 noon Monday–Friday, counted from the date of payment. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted. Delivery to some islands may take longer depending on courier schedules. Standard delivery is to the entrance of the building; couriers are not obligated to carry goods to upper floors.
After placing your order, you will receive:
- An order confirmation email within a few minutes
- A shipping notification email with a tracking number, usually within 1 business day
- An SMS the day before delivery (if a valid mobile number is provided)

Buyer Obligations Upon receiving the goods, the buyer must inspect for any damage and report it immediately to the delivery person, or refuse to accept visibly damaged packages. The buyer must sign the delivery note upon receipt.
Any discrepancies in the package contents should be reported as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours after delivery, to: info@addacollins.hr
If a shipment is not received within the expected timeframe, the buyer should notify us so we can investigate or send a replacement. In cases of force majeure (lost or damaged goods in transit), the merchant is not liable for first-risk incidents but undertakes to send replacement products as soon as possible.
