PURCHASE TERMS
These terms of sale govern the process of ordering, payment, delivery, returns, and complaints for goods available on our website.
- The supplier (seller) is Feniks Info d.o.o.
- The buyer (consumer) is a visitor to the WebShop who selects at least one product, adds it to the cart, pays by credit card, bank transfer, cash on delivery, PayPal, or Stripe, and submits the order to the seller.
- Web store services may only be used by adults from the European Union.
- All listed prices are retail prices including VAT.
- Currency is Euro (€).
WITHDRAWAL FORM (RIGHT OF CANCELLATION)
The buyer has the right, without stating any reason, to unilaterally cancel a contract concluded through the web store within 14 days from the day on which the buyer, or a third party designated by the buyer (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify Feniks Info d.o.o. of their decision to cancel the contract before the deadline expires, by means of an unambiguous statement sent by post or email.
